Step 6 - Pushing the stream to a Zixi Broadcaster or to a Media Connect

We now have an RTMP stream from Wirecast being pushed into ZEC where it can be converted into a Zixi stream.  At this point we are ready to push this Zixi stream to a Broadcaster or to MediaConnect over the public Internet.

We can configure the connection to Broadcaster directly on ZEC, by adding a Push Output on ZEC and then a Push Input on the Broadcaster. See the Broadcaster and ZEC User Manuals for details.

We can also use ZEN Master to create this workflow.  First, we need to ensure that the ZEC device is added to ZEN Master under Zixi Edge Devices. Then we’ll create a Zixi Push Source with ZEC as the Application and select the ZEC device and the relevant ZEC Input.
