Viewing Existing Incidents

Viewing the Incident Details

From the main Incidents screen, click the incident to view the incident’s details screen. The incident details screen has two views:

  • Graphs view – displays various graphs of the selected sources over the selected time range.
  • Events view – displays the details of the incident-related events within the selected time range.
