Filtering the list of incidents

Filtering by date range

Filtering the list by date range can be done by selecting one of the predefined time ranges or by selecting specific start and end dates.

To filter by predefined ranges:

Click the Date Range field.

Under the Range column select the desired range.

The list will be updated with incidents from the selected time range.

Filtering by selecting a specific date/time

To filter by predefined ranges:

Select the start date (From tab).

If you want to select a specific time, click Time and select the time.

Click the To tab and select the end date.

If you want to select a specific time, click Time and select the time. The list will be updated with incidents from the selected time range.

Adding filters to specific columns

It is possible to add a variety of filters with conditions that are relevant to specific columns. For example, on the Name column, you can add a filter that matches the names to a specified string, while adding specific conditions (e.g., equals, contains, begins with) to the matching.

To add a filter to specific columns:

Click the + Add Filter.

A list of columns is displayed:

Select the relevant column.

Depending on the selected column, select the filter condition. For example, for the Name column, click on the drop-down menu to select the condition and enter a full or partial string into the field.

The list will be updated according to the filter condition.
