“Not Supported” error entry, on an PULL Input. This is a very basic message that could be caused by various reasons. 

Version of the application (for example: Zixi Broadcaster) affected: 

An older version of a Zixi application can be affected by a bug(s), which can trigger this issue.

 For example, a protocol not declared in the activation key at the license level, can also caused this issue. Please reapply your license or reach out to Support at 

 A wrong source hostname/IP, and/or an incorrect port can caused a malformed request, which could possibly generate this message.

For example, if the source stream (coming from the source provider) was originally configured in ZEN Master, using the host IP address this can cause some issues. Instead, is recommended to obtain the PULL input information, from the Target configuration tab, in ZEN Master which will use a dynamic link to the Zixi IO Server for the specified account.
