Broadcaster Output Error - Unsupported Encoding

This usually relates to an unsupported audio type. 

This error is actually coming from the target itself which cannot accept the unsupported audio.

For Example: RTMP does not support MPEG Layer 1 audio format.

If you transcode the video, you can change the audio type to AAC. If not, go back to the provider and have the audio type adjusted.

For example: Change RTMP audio type from MPEG to AAC.

Unsupported Encoding
