The Network screen enables the configuration of the network settings of the ZEC. The screen includes the option to configuration multiple NICs, VLANs, and multiple DNS Servers.

Network Settings

eth0

Click to configure the specified NIC. Displys the following parameters:

  • Speed – the network card speed
  • Duplex – whether the network card is full-duplex or half-duplex
  • MTU - the size of the largest protocol data unit (PDU) that can be communicated in a single network layer transaction.
  • PCI
  • Driver
  • Bonding

Custom link settings

Select this checkbox to configure different link settings than the default settings.

Addresses

Displays the current links that are configured. You can edit these settings by clicking the Edit (pencil icon) button. Click the '+' button to add another link.

  • IP
  • Mask
  • Gateway
  • DHCP
  • VLAN

DNS Servers

Use DHCP DNS settings

Select this option to use the DHCP settings instead of the DNS. If not selected, configure at least one DNS server.

To Display the Network Statistics:

From the Settings page of the ZEC, click Network on the left-hand side. The various Network settings are displayed.

Click Statistics on the right-hand side. The UDP statistics window is displayed.

Click the Refresh button to update the data or Close to close the window.



UDP Statistics



Udp6OutDatagrams

The total number of UDP 6 datagrams sent from this entity.

UdpInCsumErrors

The total number of UDP checksum errors delivered.

UdpInDatagrams

The total number of UDP datagrams delivered.

UdpinErrors

The total number of UDP errors delivered.

UdpNoPorts

The total number of received UDP datagrams for which there was no application at the destination port.

UdpOutDatagrams

The total number of UDP datagrams sent from this entity.
