The History tab shows a graphic display of the Failover Channel connection activity over time. Data is shown on separate line graphs for each topic that is relevant for the selected Channel. Click on the section headings to expand/collapse the graph display.

Each graph shows color coded lines indicating the events that occurred over time. A key indicating the colors used to represent various types of data is shown below each graph.

You can create an Incident to see an incident view of what happened during a specific time by selecting an area on a graph and clicking the

One year of history is saved in the ZEN Master database even though the graphs show larger timeframes. Contact Zixi if you require more than one year of history.
