the sources section shows a list of sources that are associated with the selected channel, including data about their status and configuration you can perform various actions on a source as described below the sources tab shows the following information parameter description name the name of the target as configured in zen master status the connection status of the target possible values green – ok (connected and streaming without errors) red – the target is in error state yellow – warning (recovered from error event) gray – pending/disabled the muted icon next to a source indicates that the source is muted, disabling notifications for error/recovery events offset shows the offset level between the failover sources in milliseconds active yes the source is currently streaming no the source is in standby (not streaming) packets the total number of packets that were streamed priority preferred the source was configured as a preferred preferred source take precedence over non preferred source (i e , sources that were not marked as preferred) slate slate sources are sources that stream slate content, which is content that can be served when there are gaps in a live stream ad break that cannot be filled with a dynamically served ad actions lock/unlock you can manually select one of the streams to be active by clicking on the lock button the source designated as locked will be used whenever it is available until you click unlock
