RIST Simple Profile shows a Bitrate, status is not connected. Stream stays "Offline"

Shows a bitrate in Broadcaster Stats, but does not connect (Stays Offline) and shows no bitrate at the stream level.

The problem is the the firewall blocking the RTCP port in the receiving side.

The RIST simple profile requires a configuration change to open both P and P+1 ports.
