"Create transcoded input error, not found in response"



The error "Create transcoded input error, not found in response" occurs when creating a transcoded input on a Broadcaster, for example when enabling an NDI target, or when creating any transcoded source/channel.

ZEN Master asked the Broadcaster to create the transcoded input and the Broadcaster returned no error, but the newly-created input was not present in the Broadcaster's response, so ZEN Master cannot confirm it was created.



Try recreating the target/transcoded input. If it continues, contact Zixi support.
