Viewing Existing Remote Access Profiles

the remote access screen displays all of the existing remote access profiles and information about the profile remote access profiles list it is possible to edit the columns shown in the list the main display shows following data parameter description name the name of the remote access profile as configured in zen master tag the tag/s that is associated with this remote access profile status the connection status of the remote access profile possible values green – ok red – error state red – error state pink (shown together with a checkmark) – acknowledged error state pink (shown together with a checkmark) – acknowledged error state gray – pending/disabled (waiting for initial connection) the muted icon next to a remote access connection indicates that the object is muted, disabling notifications for error/recovery events ip the ip of the remote device as seen by zen master type the profile configuration type – zixi or videon link click open to access the remote device ui when a remote access profile is selected, the list pane is minimized and detailed info about the selected profile is shown on the right side of the screen the info can be shown in in tabs view remote access profile details details – configuration details of the remote access profile events all the related events that have been generated by the system, such as connections, errors, and disconnections notes – free form text can be added with pertinent information about this remote access profile the info can also be shown panel view, see info pages docid 6tlis3dzx2ovwgel0k3il panel view of details the top of the info pane includes buttons for taking the following actions on the selected instance acknowledge/clear acknowledgment (for instances in error state) – mark/clear the status of this source as acknowledged mute/clear mute – disables/activates notification for error/recovery events set the date and time when the mute will automatically be cleared by clicking on the down arrow and selecting mute until edit – enables you to edit the zixi receiver configuration clone – create an additional remote access based on the settings of the selected remote access disable/enable – disabling a remote access stops all activity for that device without deleting the configuration of the device delete – deletes the remote access configuration when one of the remote access instances is selected, the info pane appears at the right side of the screen divided into 3 sections the following info is shown type the type of remote access profile possible types are zixi or videon name the name of the remote access profile as configured in zen master tags the tag/s that is associated with this remote access profile you can edit the tag as follows click the edit icon then, delete the current tag by clicking the "x" next to the tag and/or add a new tag/s by selecting one or more tags from the dropdown list ssh key the name of the ssh key file click on the link to download the ssh key host the ip address/url of the zen master host username the username assigned for this device in zen master tunnel port the port on the zen master server assigned for communication with the zixi enabled device open a link to the device’s console events configuration profile only relevant for videon type the events configuration profile that was assigned to this videon remote access device events profiles are used to customize the way that events are handled in zen master events tab a log of the events that were generated in zen master in relation to the selected remote access profile to learn about viewing event logs in zen master, see events https //zixidocumentation atlassian net/wiki/spaces/zmug/pages/483688494/events click quick report to generate a report of events related to this device and download the xls file notes tab shows free form notes relevant to the feeder
