Viewing Clusters Details

ECN lets a congested router mark a packet to signal congestion rather than dropping it. Sender marks its packets as ECN-capable; a congested router along the path can then flip the bits to signal congestion without packet loss.

(Decoding Time Stamp) a timestamp embedded in MPEG transport streams and other video container formats that indicates when a frame should be decoded by the decoder. Needed for In advanced codecs - frames can arrive out of order because of B-frames

(Presentation Time Stamp) indicates the exact time when a video or audio frame should be presented during playback. It ensures synchronization between audio and video streams.

(Program Map Table) Describes all elementary streams (video, audio, metadata) for a specific program, along with their PID numbers; Found on the PID indicated by the PAT

(Program Association Table) Lists all programs in the transport stream and points to their corresponding PMT; Always carried on PID 0x0000

TAMS

(Differentiated Services Code Point) a 6-bit field within the IP header of a network packet. The 6-bit value (ranging from 0 to 63) classifies the type of traffic and its desired priority level.

DSCP

Refers to a transport stream packet that is 204 bytes in length, which is a variation of the standard 188-byte TS packet.

204B_TS_Packet

(Program Clock Reference) helps synchronize the decoder's clock with the encoder's clock. This synchronization is essential for maintaining audio-video sync and ensuring smooth playback.

ePSNR

A network management technique used to control the flow and volume of data being transmitted over a network. Its main goal is to optimize performance, reduce latency, and ensure a smooth streaming experience, especially when bandwidth is limited.

Traffic_Shaping

(Datagram Transport Layer Security) a security protocol designed to provide privacy, integrity, and authentication for datagram-based applications. It is essentially the datagram version of TLS (Transport Layer Security).

DTLS

(Network Interface Card) a hardware component—either built into a computer's motherboard or added as an expansion card—that allows a device to connect to a network, such as a local area network (LAN) or the internet.

(Constant Bitrate) a method of encoding audio or video where the bitrate remains the same throughout the entire stream. This means that the amount of data used per second is fixed, regardless of the complexity of the content being streamed.

(Signal Processing Notification): The XML message that is returned from the SDS outlining any stream switches or SCTE35 manipulation that should occur.

Events Configuration Profile	The Events Profile that is applied to this Broadcaster Cluster. Click the link to view the profile in the Events Profile Rules screen.
Management Type	The Management type: manual, AWS, Azure or GCP.
Account Name	The name of the cloud provider account under which the managed cluster is registered.
RTMP Server	If RTMP Server is enabled, the RTMP server port is displayed.
Ignore DTLS certificate when not supported	Indicates if Ignore DTLS certificate when not supported checkbox is enabled/disabled. When enabled, it is possible to support resources using older versions of Zixi software (<v12.2) that don't support verification of the ZEN DTLS certificate to connect to this cluster.
Log SCTE-35	Indicates if Log SCTE-35 checkbox is enabled/disabled. See Activating SCTE-35 Logging for more details.
Push Inputs	Indicates if Push Inputs checkbox is enabled/disabled. When enabled, the Broadcaster automatically allows access to Push Inputs.
Pull Outputs	Indicates if Pull Outputs checkbox is enabled/disabled. When enabled, the Broadcaster automatically allows access to Pull Outputs.
Deletion Protection	Indicates whether the deletion protection is enabled or disabled. The deletion protection prevents deleting the Cluster. To delete it, you will need to first disable the Deletion Protection.
Load Balance Pull Targets	The following load balancing methods for Pull outputs: Minimize the number of broadcasters (default) – transfers excess load to other broadcasters only when the allotted capacity on the host broadcaster is filled. Uniform distribution – distributes the load equally between all available broadcasters under all circumstances.
HTTP Streaming Port	The port configured for HTTP streaming.
Subnet	The identifier/name of the subnet in which the cluster resides
Security Groups	The identifier/name of the security group to which the cluster pertains
AWS AMI	The AWS (Amazon Machine Image) that was selected to create the virtual server running the Broadcaster.
Root Device Size	The size (in GB) of the root volume attached to the EC2 instance.
DPDK Support	Indicates if DPDK (high-performance networking feature) support is enabled/disabled. When enabled, ZEN Master will apply a second NIC to the launched instance.
Activation key	The cluster’s activation key.
Authorization Mode	The method used to verify authorization to access the broadcaster cluster. Possible values are: ZEN, External Server, Global Password, Free for All and Manual.
Region	The cloud service region.
Key Pair	The Key Pair used to access the cluster
VPC	The identifier/name of the Virtual Private Cloud
Instance Type	The name of the instance type on which the cluster is running on
