Parameter	Description
Type	The type of the Source in ZEN Master e.g., Broadcaster, ZEC, Monitor Only, RIST, File etc. Note: a “From MediaConnect" Source is a Source that receives a stream from MediaConnect (Method 1 integration), a "To MediaConnect" Source is a ZEN Master Managed MediaConnect Source, which was created in ZEN Master (Method 2 integration), see Adding a Source - AWS MediaConnect .
AWS Media
Name	The name of the Source.
Input	The name of the Input stream.
Events Configuration Profile	The Events Configuration Profile that was selected for this source. Events Profiles consist of a series of rules that determine precisely how various types of Events are logged and what results they trigger.
Latency (ms)	The latency value for the Source.
Ingest Port	The port that the Flow listens on for incoming content.
Whitelist CIDR Block	The CIDR for the range of IPs that is allowed to contribute content to this Source.
AWS MediaConnect Flow	The name of the AWS MediaConnect Flow to which the Source will connect.
AWS MediaLive Channel	The name of the AWS MediaLive Channel to which the Source will connect.
AWS Account	The logical name of the AWS Account in ZEN Master (Configuration > Amazon AWS > Accounts).
Region	The AWS Region in which the MediaConnect/MediaLive is deployed.
Broadcaster
Events Configuration Profile	The Events Configuration Profile that was selected for this source. Events Profiles consist of a series of rules that determine precisely how various types of Events are logged and what results they trigger.
Input	The name of the Origin Broadcaster Input.
Location	The location of the Origin Broadcaster.
Network	The ISP/network of the Origin Broadcaster.
Source IP	The IP address of the Origin Broadcaster. Transcoded – means that the source is transcoded.
Source Password	Click Show to display the Source's password. Click Copy to copy the password.
Ingest Cluster	The Ingest cluster in ZEN Master that receives this stream. Click on the link to view details about the Ingest Cluster.
Target Broadcaster/s	Specifies which Broadcaster/s within the cluster on which ZEN Master can deploy the source.
Application	The origin application used to send the Source to the Ingest Cluster. In this case it is a Broadcaster.
Device	The OS of the Origin Broadcaster machine.
Build	The Build version of the Origin Broadcaster.
Encrypted	The type of encryption used to protect the stream.
Remote ID	The ID of the Origin ZEC/Broadcaster/Device.
Certificate	Indicates whether the DTLS certificate has been installed and its expiration date.
RTP Payload	Indicates that RTP headers are present and being preserved.
Max Bitrate	The maximal bitrate that the stream has reached throughout time.
Latency	The maximal latency configured for the Source.
Public Output	If enabled, it allows access to the stream directly through a supported player.
Preserve closed captions	If enabled, closed captions are preserved for this Source.
Alert on PID Changes	Shows if the Alert on PID changed is enabled/disabled. This feature generates email notifications whenever a PID change is detected In the Configuration section.
Content Analysis	Shows if the Content Analysis is enabled/disabled and the type of Content Analysis that has been configured (Full/TR101 Only/None). Content Analysis shows errors detected in the audio and video content itself.
Hide Thumbnail	Shows if the Source is enabled to hide the Source's thumbnail from where it is displayed (e.g., the Preview Pane, Grids, etc.).
SCTE-35 Alerts	Shows if the Source is enabled to send alerts for SCTE-35 markers. Requires SCTE-35 Logging.
Enable SCTE-35 Insertion	If this setting is enabled, Broadcaster is able to insert a SCTE-35 marker to the stream based on a placement by an external system through the ESAM agent. When the placement opportunity occurs, the ESAM agent generates an API call to the Broadcaster, which initiates the insertion of the SCTE-35 marker into the input stream.
Frame Thinning Latency	The Frame Thinning feature removes frames from the stream to get to a lower bitrate if the stream is traversing a crowded network instead of using transcoding to lower the bitrate. To allow the analysis and selection of the frames, Broadcaster needs a buffer. The setting specifies the buffer size (latency) that is allowed in milliseconds in order to remove these frames. The higher the thinning latency, the more accurate results the thinner will reproduce. Recommended/reasonable value is 1 second. O ms - Frame Thinning is disabled.

Failover
Events Configuration Profile	The Events Configuration Profile that was selected for this source. Events Profiles consist of a series of rules that determine precisely how various types of Events are logged and what results they trigger.
Primary Sources	The names of the Sources that have been configured as Preferred sources in the Failover. The active source is indicated as Active.
Secondary Sources	The names of the Sources that have been configured as Non-preferred sources in the Failover. The active source is indicated as Active.
Slate Sources	The names of the Sources that have been configured as Slate sources in the Failover. The active source is indicated as Active.
Automatically switch to Preferred Source	If enabeled, switches automatically to the configured preferred source.
Failover Mode	The mode used to merge the streams: Stream Switch - ZEN Master treats the streams as different and does not try to merge them. If packets are missing from one stream, ZEN Master will switch to the alternate stream. Content Hitless Merge - if the Sources do not have RTP headers, Zixi will merge the streams using the MPEG-TS payload content itself. This method uses Zixi's patented DNA like sequencing algorithm to fill in the missing packets. SMPTE 2022-7 Hitless - if the Sources use RTP, and the RTP headers were maintained, Zixi can use the SMPTE 2022-7 to compare and merge the two streams. This option uses the sequence and the timestamp in the packets to compare which packets are missing, providing optimal results.
Zero Bitrate/Offline Detection Window	The time frame with zero bitrate or offline state after which the system will perform the failover.

Alert on PID Changes	Shows if the Alert on PID changed is enabled/disabled. This feature generates email notifications whenever a PID change is detected In the Configuration section.
Content Analysis	Shows if the Content Analysis is enabled/disabled. Content Analysis shows errors detected in the audio and video content itself.
Hide Thumbnail	Shows if the Source is enabled to hide the Source's thumbnail from where it is displayed (e.g., the Preview Pane, Grids, etc.).
SCTE-35 Alerts	Shows if the Source is enabled to send alerts for SCTE-35 markers.
Enable SCTE-35 Insertion	If this setting is enabled, Broadcaster is able to insert a SCTE-35 marker to the stream based on a placement by an external system through the ESAM agent. When the placement opportunity occurs, the ESAM agent generates an API call to the Broadcaster, which initiates the insertion of the SCTE-35 marker into the input stream.
Frame Thinning Latency	The Frame Thinning feature removes frames from the stream to get to a lower bitrate if the stream is traversing a crowded network instead of using transcoding to lower the bitrate. To allow the analysis and selection of the frames, Broadcaster needs a buffer. The setting specifies the buffer size (latency) that is allowed in milliseconds in order to remove these frames. The higher the thinning latency, the more accurate results the thinner will reproduce. Recommended/reasonable value is 1 second. O ms - Frame Thinning is disabled.
Frozen Video Minimal Duration	Specifies the threshold in seconds afterwhich the Content Analysis will alert on a frozen video state.
Blank Video Minimal Duration	Specifies the threshold in seconds afterwhich the Content Analysis will alert on a blank video state.
Dejitter Clock Source	The mechanism used in the calculation of the jitter: Arrival times RTP timestamps
Dejitter Buffer	The length of the de-jitter buffer (in milliseconds). The buffer is used to collect packets and measure the jitter of the source that is arriving with jitter.

Events Configuration Profile	The Events Configuration Profile that was selected for this source. Events Profiles consist of a series of rules that determine precisely how various types of Events are logged and what results they trigger.

Target Broadcaster/s	Specifies which Broadcaster/s within the cluster on which ZEN Master can deploy the source.
Encrypted	If one of the Encryption methods was selected, in the Encryption Key field, enter an encryption key that will be used to encrypt the connection OR click Random to generate a random encryption key.
Public Output	If enabled, it allows access to the stream directly through a supported player.
Preserve closed captions	If enabled, closed captions are preserved for this Source.
