You may find that you are having an issue with a Source output connecting to the destination Broadcaster, and see repeated "certificate error" events in the log.

The receiving broadcaster (whether it be ZEC -> Broadcaster, or Broadcaster -> Broadcaster) is required to have a valid DTLS Certificate. If the certificate information is expired you may see the above mentioned error, and new sources which may have been configured to use port 7077/7088 (DTLS ports) may not connect. 

You can manually adjust the port on the sources to 2077/2088 instead of 7077/7088, to immediately connect without using DTLS.

If this certificate has expired, renew the certificate per instructions here 

If the certificate is valid, the ZEC may be holding onto stale DTLS certificate data, in this case restart the ZEC software to refresh.

You can determine a stream is connected using DTLS by the gold lock icon on the green connected status icon, as well as by the data in the informational popup when you mouseover the icon. The popup will display certificate issuance and expiration dates
