This is an informational notification only - it is best pratice to optimize max bitrate for any source that does not have the max bitrate configured correctly.  The incorrect max bitrate can create issues with the stream and, in certain situations, result in poor quality stream errors such as cc errors, packet loss, etc. 

You can manually adjust the max bitrate within the Broadcaster for SRT and RIST. For all other protocols, please contact your source provider to make this adjustment.

To adjust the max bitrate for SRT and RIST: 

This will NOT disrupt the stream and does NOT require it to be restarted.

This notification is enabled for the default notification profile within ZEN Master. 

If you prefer not to receive this notification, you can duplicate the default notification profile or create a new custom profile and disable this notification. 
ZenMaster > Configure > Event Profile > Search for “Max” > Disable “Max bitrate set too high”.

(Differentiated Services Code Point) a 6-bit field within the IP header of a network packet. The 6-bit value (ranging from 0 to 63) classifies the type of traffic and its desired priority level.

Refers to a transport stream packet that is 204 bytes in length, which is a variation of the standard 188-byte TS packet.
