the following updates were pushed to zen master on april 1, 2019 stream visualization stream visualizations graphically display the components that make up a zen master channel source(s), target(s), feeder(s), broadcaster(s), receivers(s), and cluster(s) – as well as the connections between these components for each of these components, their current state is shown as well as additional details a link to navigate directly to each component’s page is also shown currently, chrome and firefox are supported for stream visualization whereas internet explorer and edge are not to visualize a channel, select the diagram tab when viewing the channel to visualize a channel, select the diagram tab when viewing the channel the diagram can be zoomed out to fit the width of the current window by clicking the zoom button for narrow screens the diagram will be oriented in a vertical direction the zoom button has no effect in this orientation setting broadcaster cluster alert thresholds when adding or editing a broadcaster cluster, the user now can modify the error alert threshold values for broadcaster cpu usage, memory usage, hard drive usage, gpu usage, gpu memory usage as well as the warning alerts threshold values for gpu decoder usage and gpu encoder usage the gpu thresholds are only relevant for transcoding workflows using intel quick sync and nvidia gpus to set the thresholds, click on show advanced when adding or editing a broadcaster cluster setting hls/dash segment configuration when adding or editing a broadcaster cluster, the user now can modify segment count and durations for hls and dash streams minor improvements and bug fixes • more detailed errors are returned on unsuccessful channel add/edit • source errors are now displayed in the channel details tab • gpu encoder/decoder usage error downgraded to a warning • bug fixes in events filtering and notes tab and feeder edit form
