The RAM allocation is based on the Max Bitrate x the latency. However there is a Zixi buffer size limitation which, when dealing with a very high high max_bitrate*latency, can push over the limit and cause the overflow error. 

Adjust the Max Bitrate on the affected stream.

The max bitrate should be 1.5-2x the bitrate of the stream. Anywhere outside of this range the stream can experience issues.
