This Content Analysis (CQA) error is raised when a source's video stops changing for longer than the configured freeze threshold. The full message identifies the affected PID, e.g. "

Video is not changing for more than 30 seconds on PID <N>

30 seconds is the default, not a fixed value. The threshold is the source's Frozen Video Minimal Duration setting (

) and can be changed per source in ZEN Master, if that source has a different value, the message and detection time reflect it.

Confirm whether the source is intentionally a slate/static feed (expected) or genuinely frozen upstream.

If it's a false alarm for a deliberately static feed, raise the source's 

 or exclude the PID from CQA (Source > Advanced > ignored CQA PIDs).

If the video is genuinely frozen, investigate the upstream encoder/source path.

ECN lets a congested router mark a packet to signal congestion rather than dropping it. Sender marks its packets as ECN-capable; a congested router along the path can then flip the bits to signal congestion without packet loss.
