As part of the tooltip displayed when hovering on an input, you can view the stream's health statistics at each point in the transport chain. This provides more insight into network path health and performance, even when the stream originates from a Broadcaster of a different organization. These insights can be turned into actionable infrastructure optimizations.

## Trace

The following metadata is tracked and passed at each hop.

### Constant metadata Fields (metadata that should not change per hop)

- Hop number
- Build number, platform, vendor ID, hostid
- (for Bx): Input parameters: type, source IP, max bitrate, others if applicable: latency, FEC parameters
- (for Bx + SDK) Output parameters: type, target IP, if applicable: latency, FEC parameters

### Increasing metadata fields (metadata that is accumulated/changes per hop):

- UTC time
- Total packets
- Dropped packets
- Unrecovered packets
- CC errors (Bx)
