Uptime Summary/Outage Reports are downloaded as .xls files. Depending on the report configuration settings, the report can be for either Sources or Targets. The report shows data in two separate tabs for the Uptime (i.e. when the streams were running online) and Outages (i.e. errors that occurred in the streams).
The Uptime tab shows uptime data with the following structure. A single record is shown for each object instance. Totals are given for number of outages and time offline (in minutes). In addition, separate columns show the number of outages and time offline, broken down by units of time at the level of granularity determined by the report configuration. Thus, for example, if a report was generated for the last 7 days with a granularity of one day, then (in addition to the totals) separate values will be given for each of the 7 days.
The Outages tab shows outage data with the following structure. A separate record is shown for each outage event that occurred during the time period of the report. The type of outage events that are included in the report is determined by the report configuration.
The Exceptions tab shows data about Sources or Targets that were inactive during the time period of the report. It also lists all outage events for which ZEN Master did not identify the cause of the failure.
