Time Zone Selection
For teams and environments spanning multiple time zones, ZEN Master provides the ability for users to set a global time zone to assist with coordinating support and incident management. The time zone can be set via the time zone picker at the top right of the console. When changed, all Date/Time data updates to the corresponding time in the selected time zone.
The setting is stored in your account, so it is maintained even if you switch to another browser.
To change the time zone:
At the top-right of the console, click the Select Time Zone drop-down menu.
Select the desired time zone. All the times displayed on the UI, including events, graphs, etc. will use the selected time zone.
You can also choose to use the US or EU date/time format.
