You can submit a Zendesk support ticket directly from the ZEN Master Help menu.

**To submit a support ticket**:

Click on **Help** in the header bar and then click on **Report an Issue**.

Sign in the Zendesk using account credentials or an SSO.

Fill in the support ticket fields as needed, and then click **Submit**.
