Support Tickets

You can submit a Zendesk support ticket directly from the ZEN Master Help menu.

To submit a support ticket:

Click on Help in the header bar and then click on Report an Issue.

Report an Issue Option

Sign in the Zendesk using account credentials or an SSO.

Fill in the support ticket fields as needed, and then click Submit.
