You can clone a report, i.e. create a new report with settings similar to an existing one.

**To clone a report:**

1. In the main navigation, click **Reports**.
2. Select the report on which you would like to base the new report.
3. Click **Clone**, for the Report that you would like to clone.
   The **Clone Report** window opens with the settings configured as in the original report.
4. In the **Name** field, enter a name for the new report.
5. Adjust the settings as desired (see [Adding New Reports](https://zixidocumentation.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ZMUG/pages/763527191/Adding+New+Reports)).
6. Click **Save**.
   The new Report is saved **in addition** to the original Report.
