Zixi Support personnel can access your system in order to help you to resolve issues that arise. You can control whether to allow/block access to Zixi Support personnel.

**To allow/block access to Zixi Support personnel:**

1. In the main navigation, click **Account Management** > **Single Sign-On**.
   The Single Sign-On screen is displayed.
2. Click on the **Support** tab.
3. To allow/block access, select/deselect the **Allow Zixi support access** checkbox .
   Changes are saved automatically.
