Videon’s devices are managed via the Videon LiveEdge Cloud portal. The Videon remote access profile allows you to connect ZEN Master to the Videon cloud and choose a specific available edge device for each Remote Access entry. Then, you can use the configuration settings shown in ZEN Master to connect the device to ZEN Master using the device's UI. **To add a Videon remote access profile:**

In the main navigation, click **Remote Access**.

Click **+ Add**.
The **Create New Remote Access** window is displayed.

In the **Info** section, in the **Name** field, type a logical name for the Zixi enabled device.

In the **Tags **field, select one or more of the predefined Access Tags from the drop-down list.
Tags are used for access control. By selecting a Tag you are relating this Remote Access to that Tag. Tags are associated with certain roles (through the Users & Roles screen), and roles, in turn, are associated with users and user groups. In the **Events Configuration Profile** field, select from the dropdown list the profile that you would like to apply to this Remote Access. By default, the Default profile is applied.

In the **Configuration** section, select **Videon**.

In the **Access Token** field, enter the Access Token generated via the Videon EdgeCloud interface.

Click **Load Devices**.

If the token is valid, the list of devices will appear under the **Device** field.

In the **Device** field, select the desired device from the drop-down menu.
