ZaaS allows you to take advantage of Zixi's ability to deliver your video content with broadcast quality and ultra-low latency to the destinations you choose without you having to install, manage, and monitor the software.

## How it works

To see if ZaaS is a good fit for your organization, [contact Sales](https://zixi.com/contact/contact-zixi-sales/). 

When you purchase ZaaS, Zixi will work with you to determine your needs, and then set up Zixi Broadcaster clusters in the cloud in two different geographical regions (for redundancy and failover in case of issues). We will also work out a [redundancy](docId\:k9mukecY4pzgeowUJDrHH) strategy to minimize the risk of delivery failure to your target destinations.

Once the infrastructure setup is complete, you can set up your source stream(s), channel(s), and targets in [ZEN Master](docId\:vzz5bE4XXIpP9wLuLps4N). Zixi will also provide assistance with this if you need it. The most relevant parts of the ZEN Master documentation can be found under:

There are other configuration options you may want to take advantage of in ZEN Master, such as SSO, PID Mapping, and Transcoding profiles. You will find all options explained in the ZEN Master documentation and the Zixi team will provide assistance wherever you need it.

As your streams flow through ZaaS toward their targets, we will monitor the ZaaS infrastructure set up for you and inform you of any issues or scheduled maintenance so that you can let your clients downstream know.
