### ISSUE

"error": "URL or RTMP Stream parameter missing" error can result when pushing to a video streaming platform online. 

### RESOLUTION

You need to url encode the "url" and "rtmp\_stream" parameters, so the command becomes:
 
(Example for a facebook live stream)
