### ERROR

RIST Simple Profile shows a Bitrate, status is not connected. Stream stays "Offline"

Shows a bitrate in Broadcaster Stats, but does not connect (Stays Offline) and shows no bitrate at the stream level.

### RESOLUTION

The problem is the the firewall blocking the RTCP port in the receiving side.

The RIST simple profile requires a configuration change to open both P and P+1 ports.

If you add a RIST target, you should:

- Run RIST stream on an EVEN-numbered port.
- Open both the EVEN-numbered port and its incremental neighboring port. i.e. 50002,50003.
