### ISSUE

Receiving generic Error: Request failed with status code 500 for specific commands

This would indicate there is something wrong in the API Request.

### RESOLUTION

The easiest way to troubleshoot syntax issues with API is to create the Source via the ZM UI and have Developer Tools running in the browser. This will show you the syntax that is being used in the backend via API during your requested command.
