Broadcaster Input Error: Certificate Error

### ISSUE

DTLS is not enabled on the source broadcaster or the certificate has expired

### WORKAROUND

The quick workaround for this is go into bx on INPUTS - on each affected stream check box for “Ignore TLS certificate errors”

### RESOLUTION

Replace expired DTLS certificate on the source Broadcaster with an active certificate.
