### ERROR

"Failed to start program" error on transcode stream.

### ISSUE

- Verify **libgomp1** dependency is installed on Ubuntu OS 
-  You can run the following command *`# dpkg -l | grep libgomp1`*

- If **libgomp1** is not installed, install it using the following command:

`    # sudo apt-get install libgomp1`

### RESOLUTION

The libgomp1 dependency was not installed, once it is installed the transcode streams should resolve.
