"Create transcoded input error, not found in response"



### ISSUE

The error "**Create transcoded input error, not found in response**" occurs when creating a **transcoded** input on a Broadcaster, for example when enabling an **NDI target**, or when creating any transcoded source/channel. 

ZEN Master asked the Broadcaster to create the transcoded input and the Broadcaster returned **no error**, but the newly-created input was **not present **in the Broadcaster's response, so ZEN Master cannot confirm it was created.



### RESOLUTION

Try recreating the target/transcoded input. If it continues, contact Zixi support.
