Bitrate above configured maximum - Update source configuration with a higher value

ZEN Master raises this warning when an input receives more packets than its Max Bitrate allows, not counting resent or FEC packets. On a Zixi input, Max Bitrate sizes the buffer used to recover lost packets. It is not a cap on the stream, but if it is set close to the feed rate, bursts and resent packets overflow that buffer and count as not recovered.

Set the input's Max Bitrate to about 1.5 times the feed's average rate. See [Sizing latency, buffer and max bitrate](docId\:oj4srP9fTjhYtmGyv7xJA).
