502 Bad Gateway Error within ZEN Master while attempting to access a Broadcaster

### CAUSE

502 Bad Gateway means that the tunnel is not connected or that it's not pointing at the correct port - potential DNS issue.

### RESOLUTION

- Check for any issues on the machine hosting the Broadcaster, that it has not crashed and is running all services as per normal operation
- Check your internet is working from the machine hosting the Broadcaster
- Check your DNS configuration
- Restart the host machine
- Consult with your local network team
