First, you need to log in to all of your resources so that you will be able to access each of them as needed during the tutorial.

ZEC and Broadcaster are the same software in functionality but your license determines what features & functions it has available for use.

## Logging in to ZEC/Broadcaster:

**To log in to ZEC/Broadcaster:**

In your web browser, navigate to [http://localhost:4444](http://localhost:4400)
A user authentication window opens.

In the **User Name** field, enter ‘**admin**’

In the **Password** field, enter ‘**1234**’.

Note: 1234 is the default password. For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you change it to a more secure password.

Click **OK**.
The Broadcaster UI opens on the **Status** page.

If you have not already activated the license, click the "Options" dropdown and select **Activate License, **and enter the license number in the dialog that appears.
