The relevant live protocols should be enabled.

**To enable relevant Live Protocols settings:**

In **Zixi Broadcaster or ZEC**, go to **Settings > Live Protocols**.
The **Live Protocols** screen is displayed:

Ensure the relevant protocol checkboxes are selected. For example, if you want to output HLS, select the **Enable HLS**

Click **Apply**.
The following dialog is displayed:

Click **Restart Now** or **Restart Later**.

Schedule downtime before restarting if running other production streams on same Zixi Broadcaster server.
