The Zixi Customer Portal is your entry way into Zixi. Here you can download software, manage license keys, set up email notifications, and much more.

In these pages, we will look in detail at the different sections of the Portal, beginning with ones you first need to look at if you are new to Zixi.

## Logging In

To login to the Customer Portal, go to [https://portal.zixi.com](https://portal.zixi.com):

If you already have an account, enter your email address and password. If not, click **Create Account **to set one up.

## Getting Started

If you are new to the Portal, probably these are the first things you want to do:

- Go to the [Packages Section](docId\:FJ0-uTQaJnqAq9BxKUY3G) and subscribe to the packages relevant to you (otherwise, nothing will show up in the [Software Section](docId\:ygU6czPaPyNh2k_8fYjUm))
- Go to the [Notifications Section](docId\:prIkvyuI1nqwOErJ7BhLa) to set up email notifications for things like new software releases and expiring license keys
